What is ICI?
The ICI is an independent, private institution that since 1982 operates in the field of diversity, communication, conflict- and (Intercultural) Management.
Objective: Dealing effectively with Broad Based Diversity.
The diversity and consequently the complexity of contemporary society is an undeniable fact. The influence of perceived differences from differences in ethnicity, religion, gender, age, job, validity, (sexual) orientation (Wide Diversity) on behavior and communications, can have far-reaching consequences in private and business.
