Return day

4th session - continued (reunion) after drafting task for the participants.

Good intentions and new insights are only meaningful when translated into concrete action and implementation.

This session is therefore devoted to pre-formulated tasks for each group (you) by
theme or by topic. After a few months and
will examine the extent it has managed to
achieve the tasks.

Follow-up
If desired, to be followed up (after a few months and after the fourth day)
and or during, (selection) calls, for example, case processing, also possible.

Our specialists can then be part of the setting, which can be naturally guided and coached. In this way also the use of new knowledge / skills observed and recorded.

Also screening of their own selection tests is part of our services.
