This is the homepage of the Intercultural Institute (ICI) and Professor David Pinto, who founded the Institute. The ICI is an independent, private institute that has operated in the field of Intercultural Communication and Intercultural Management since 1982. The ICI offers trainings, workshops, conducts theoretical and applied research and advises organizations in the for-profit as well as non-profit sectors. The training provided by the ICI is based on Pinto's theory concerning the differences that exist between people and on the method he has developed to deal with those differences. Because the ICI and Pinto are essentially one and the same entity, they appear together on this website.
